Customs & taxes outside the EU
Orders shipping outside the EU (incl. UK & USA) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination. These are not included at checkout and are paid by the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Return window
Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
How to return (Portugal)

Drop at CTT (Loja, Ponto, or locker) or use any tracked courier.

Change-of-mind returns: shipping at customer’s cost.

Faulty/incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
How to return (outside Portugal)
Use a tracked service, include your order number inside, and keep the receipt until the refund is confirmed.
Exchanges
For a different size/colour quickly, place a new order and return the original for a refund (prevents sell-outs).
Refund timing
After we receive/approve your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days (bank times may vary).
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we’ll replace or refund and cover any shipping.
