Where do you ship from and when do you dispatch?

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday (business days). Delivery timeframes below apply after dispatch.

How much is shipping within Portugal (Mainland)?

  • €3.50 Standard (CTT Expresso / DPD)

  • Delivery 1–3 working days after dispatch

Do you ship to Madeira & Azores? What does it cost?

  • €10.50 (up to 5 kg)

  • Delivery typically 6–15 working days after dispatch

What are the rates/timings for Spain (Peninsular)?

  • €6.00 Standard (DPD / NACEX / MRW, up to 5 kg)

  • Delivery 2–4 working days after dispatch

Carriers usually offer redelivery, pickup-point delivery, or locker/nearby shop collection.

Will I pay customs or taxes?

Orders shipping outside the EU (including the UK and USA) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are paid by the recipient.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

How do I return an item from Portugal?

Use  CTT or any tracked courier of your choice.

  • Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Faulty/incorrect items: we cover return shipping.

How do I return an item from outside Portugal?

Please use a tracked service, include your order number inside the parcel, and keep the receipt until we confirm your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

For the fastest swap, place a new order for the size/colour you want and return the original for a refund. This prevents your preferred item from selling out.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, we refund to your original payment method—typically within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).

What if my item is wrong, damaged, or faulty?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund and cover any shipping.
